At our pharmacy, the majority of our custom-made compounds focus on Bioidentical Hormones. We specialize in formulating personalized strengths of estradiol, estriol, progesterone, DHEA, and testosterone. Our team collaborates closely with both specialized physicians and patients to ensure that each therapy is tailored to your unique needs—delivered in either cream or capsule form.
We also offer customized thyroid replacement therapy. Working directly with your physician, we compound precise doses of T3, T4, or a combination, based on your specific thyroid levels.

For over 14 years, Hope Compounding Pharmacy has partnered with major ophthalmology clinics to create customized intravitreal medication tailored to their patients' needs. As our practice grew, we discovered a growing demand for alternatives to commercially available eye solutions—especially for those with allergies or sensitivities.
We specialize in formulating Atropine solutions, dry eye therapies, preservative-free alternatives and specific antibiotic treatments for ophthalmic emergencies. We work closely with local prescribers to meet their patients' needs and are expanding our services to reach patients all over Texas.

Men’s health is a chief (big) focus at Hope Compounding Pharmacy. We offer specialized sterile impotence injections, prepared in our certified, state-of-the-art compounding lab. We are able to offer TriMix and QuadMix injections, along with multiple variations to allow a more customized therapy for our male patients. We also create flavorful sublingual medications for a no-needle approach to erectile dysfunction. We can compound customized generic Viagra and Cialis sublingual formulations in our lab to support sexual wellness, hormone balance, and overall vitality.
