Is the founder and president of the pharmacy. With over two decades of dedication to the field, Maria has built her career on a mission to provide exceptional, personalized care to every patient she serves. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2001, she spent ten years gaining hands-on experience at a compounding pharmacy, where she developed a deep commitment to precision, compassion, and trust in healthcare.
Motivated by a passion to serve the community with the highest standards of care, Maria opened her own pharmacy guided by a simple philosophy—treat every patient like family. She is the pharmacist in charge and preceptor for pharmacy students at University of Houston College of Pharmacy and students from PIMA Institute. She has won the preceptor of the year award which shows her passion for teaching the next generation.
Those who know her would describe her as a caring and loyal person, both in and outside of the pharmacy. She believes in treating every patient with the same dedication and respect she’d give her own loved ones. She is also a proud grandma of a beautiful boy and when she is not at work, she cherishes spending time with family and making memories with those she loves the most.
Is the proud owner of Hope Compounding Pharmacy, where he plays a vital role not only in business operations but also in shaping the culture and mission of care that defines the pharmacy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Pastoral Theology from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, Zef brings a unique blend of leadership, compassion, and community-mindedness to the heart of the business.
As the head of Human Resources, Zef ensures that the pharmacy runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting a team that shares his commitment to excellence and personalized care. His background in theology informs his mentorship style - he’s deeply passionate about guiding and empowering others, both professionally and personally.
Outside the pharmacy, Zef is affectionately known in the neighborhood as “the animal whisperer.” Whether he’s tending to injured birds or caring for the ducks in their subdivision, his gentle nature and connection with animals is well known in the community. His love for the outdoors and his gift for healing make him a truly grounded and inspiring presence.
I’m a pharmacist with 14 years of experience, having graduated from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2011. One of my greatest joys in this profession is talking to patients and providing them with the information they need to take control of their health.
Outside of work, I’m happily married with two wonderful children. I love spending time with my family, whether it’s hanging out at home, shopping, or enjoying a day at the beach.
Is a dedicated local staff pharmacist who earned her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She is passionate about advancing research that enhances patient care and health outcomes. Andrea actively supports Hope’s Wellness Supplement line and speaks from firsthand experience about its benefits. She remains eager to learn about the latest supplements that promote a healthy lifestyle and aid in managing chronic conditions.
A strong advocate for women’s health and wellness, Andrea is committed to sharing the most current research to support hormone balance and overall well-being. She feels truly honored to be part of each patient’s wellness journey.
I'm a compounding pharmacist based in Katy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University. I currently serve as a preceptor for students from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, where I enjoy mentoring the next generation of pharmacists and sharing my passion for precision, innovation, and patient-centered care.
With a strong foundation in compounding, I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards in pharmaceutical practice—tailoring medications to meet individual needs while ensuring safety, efficacy, and compliance. I stay engaged with emerging trends and technologies in pharmacy to continuously elevate the quality of care I provide.
Outside of the lab, I find joy in exploring Houston’s food scene, discovering new cafes, trying unique snacks, and unwinding with a good walk. These everyday experiences help me stay balanced and bring creativity and curiosity into both my personal and professional life.
As a pharmacist with a passion for compounding, I’m committed to providing personalized care and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each patient. I graduated from Mercer University College of Pharmacy in 2017 and have been practicing pharmacy for over 10 years.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that exceptional customer care is at the heart of what I do. In July 2024, I made the move from Georgia to Texas, where I now live with my three children and our golden retriever. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my family, exploring new places, shopping, and enjoying the beach.
To the outside world I’m Keioshia, to my pharmacy family, I’m Keio. I've been working as a pharmacy tech over 10 years. My very first job in pharmacy was at Hope Compounding Pharmacy. I absolutely adore working for a great business. My favorite part about my job is making our patients feel good when they receive their medicine.
Outside of the pharmacy, I’m a Mom to three amazing boys and a dog named Houston. They are my everything!
I’ve been a pharmacy technician since 2017 and quickly found my passion in compounding. I love the hands-on, detail-oriented nature of creating customized medications that make a difference in patient’s lives. I enjoy training new pharmacy technicians as well as pharmacy students.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and dog mom to two wonderful pups, Ghost and Nova. I enjoy spending my free time camping and soaking up the peace and beauty of the outdoors.

Daisy has a strong passion for technology and IT, making her the team’s go-to problem solver when it comes to computer systems and technical issues. Her ability to troubleshoot and implement practical solutions is a vital asset to both the pharmacy team and the patients they serve.
Known for her dedication, work ethic, and reliability, Daisy brings a sense of calm and consistency to the workplace. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother of seven and cherishes spending quality time with her family. Her ability to balance a busy family life with her commitment to excellence at work is a true testament to her strength and passion.
With over 2 years of experience as a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, I am certified through PTCB and specialize in sterile compounding. I find great fulfillment in creating medications that help patients feel better and improve their well-being. Currently, I am pursuing a nursing degree to expand my knowledge and expertise in healthcare.
